The manager was standing right there, yet we were told "Sorry about that, we never get complaints, he is one of our best waiters, come back and see us." The manager even walked to our table and saw the almost full plates left on the table (we did pick at the bacon which was not that great either). We even had to ask the cashier for the check and told her about our experience. Our eggs were not cooked well (how can you mess up scrambled eggs?), hashbrowns were not crispy as ordered, yet soggy and greasy, and my boyfriend never received his toast.
